Take exit 12 Farragut Parkway and follow Farragut to Olinda Avenue. Turn left at Olinda (stop sign) and go one block to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and go one block to the corner of Washington. You will be directed there as to where to park. There is a free shuttle service from the Hastings High School Parking lot (which is on Farragut right near Olinda). There is also a large lot across from the train station.
